Talent agency Laird and Good Company is to move into commercial production, with a full-service production division creating multi-platform content for brands worldwide.

Laird and Good Company, started by Sarah Laird in 1989, has spent the last three decades as an artist management agency representing a top-tier group of multi-disciplinary artists from photographers to stylists, and producing still photography shoots for a wide range of brand sectors.

It has now expanded into production with a new division, driven by Head of Business Development / Executive Producer Kirsty Meares, and helmed by new Director of Production Jenny Lumpkin. The production company’s signature offering is a roster of 15 Directors that specialize in both video production and high-end photography, with the ability to produce both for integrated brand campaigns under one roof. The team is credited for recent producing campaigns for the likes of Maybelline, Lyft, HBO, and Tropicana.

As part of their investment in the ongoing development of their production offering, and to facilitate growth opportunities for their rostered talent, Laird and Good Company has also announced a partnership with Commonwealth for East Coast representation of their commercial video directors.

Founder of Laird and Good Company, Sarah Laird comments, “I have watched the industry evolve and see the need for a multidisciplinary approach in today’s landscape. Offering production in addition to our roster of creatives felt like a natural response. By bringing everything under one roof, we aim to simplify our client experience and nurture our talent’s creative vision. My purpose in developing this new offering is to connect people with ideas. I will always be a champion of artists, and invest in facilitating growth for those we represent.”

Jenny Lumpkin, Director of Production adds, “I’m incredibly excited to work with an extremely expansive roster of talent, that not only includes directors, but seasoned photographers, stylists and hair & makeup artists. This winning formula, combining both artist representation and production under one roof, gives us the opportunity to offer brand and agency clients a unique in-house experience”
