Mnemonica, the European content hub for film/HETV production and preservation is releasing an upgrade to its platform, Mnemonica TRE.
The upgrade bridges the gap between active production, long-term asset management, and global distribution, allowing rights owners to control their data from a single place.
Mnemonica has built a cloud platform for digital cinema that aims to remove the need for data to ever leave a secure environment, cutting data exporting, downloading, and re-uploading.
Mnemonica TRE brings significant updates to the Mnemonica production tools, including extended HDR support for native playback on compatible laptops. The mobile app has been overhauled to provide full mobile access to the Mnemonica ecosystem. Users can now manage their film library, oversee master deliveries, and handle archive-specific workflows directly from their devices. There’s also a new ‘pro’ interface featuring visual annotations and a 2x speed long-press gesture for rapid footage scanning.
The TRE release is the official launch of Mnemonica Archive which includes:
Works, centralised, searchable hub for various versions of titles and marketing materials
Deep Metadata & TMDB Sync, which integrates with The Movie Database (TMDB) and a comprehensive set of metadata make the catalogues searchable.
Distribution Readiness: The system automatically indexes and validates the integrity of distribution formats like DCP and IMF for global delivery.
Integrated KDM Management: Distributors and theatres can create and exchange Key Delivery Messages (KDMs) directly within the platform, without third-party services.
Sales Gallery: A dedicated space for sales teams to showcase ready-to-use screeners to stakeholders.
