Twickenham Film Studios, operated by TIME+SPACE Studios, has hired Tom Witkowski as the TFS new Director of Technology & Engineering.

Witkowski will be tasked to “completely rethink and fully evolve the technology and innovation offering – overseeing and developing a next level technology pipeline and creating bespoke technical services for clients.”

Witkowski is ex Dolby Laboratories, Eclair, Ymagis Group, Sundog Media Toolkit and Arttech CInema amongst others – with over 12 years’ experience in the Global Film and TV industry.

He has previously been responsible for heading up technology teams dealing with content for Hollywood studios, independent filmmakers and advertising projects.

Witkowski brings years of experience evolving and redeveloping production and post-production workflows and processes. As the newly appointed TFS Director of Technology & Engineering he will be responsible for transforming the studios’ technology pipelines, workflow, network infrastructure and evolving the future technology strategy and offering.

Witkowski is also co-founder of the Soho Media Club – a network for production, post-production and distribution professionals.
