Storm Post is completing full post remotely, from ingest right through to delivery, for new BBC Studios’ 14-parter, EastEnders: Secrets from the Square for BBC One. The first episode went out last night.
The series was all filmed during the lockdown and fits into the BBC1 summer schedule whilst EastEnders comes off air due to the COVID filming break.
Storm has five Remote Avid Offline Edit Suites running simultaneously for the project from multiple locations over the UK into the facility. The ingesting, QC and file delivery is also being handled remotely. Picture Finishing is being done in DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools for Audio.
Finishing Editor is Paul Ingvarsson, Dubbing Mixers are David Ingram and Tim Wheeler, Technical Assistants are Egli Keli and Rob Bradley and the Post Producing Team is Anna Beaven and Becky Niblett.
