ITV Studios’ primetime celebrity game show Parents’ Evening is expanding internationally, with a brand-new commission by Atresmedia in Spain. The series will be produced locally by ITV Studios Iberia.

The show has been recommissioned by ITV for a third season in the UK – returning for six episodes and a Christmas special. The second UK series delivered a strong performance, with over two million viewers across all devices after 7 days, and ranked among the top 10 best performing game shows of 2025 on ITV1.

Created by Ranga Bee Productions, co-founded by Romesh Ranganathan, Parents’ Evening is hosted by Romesh and his mum Shanthi. The show tests parents’ knowledge of their children’s general knowledge, “proving that it doesn’t matter what you know – it’s what your mum or dad think you know.”

ITV Studios has also acquired of the new Love Productions music entertainment format Your Song.
