A big thanks to all the guests and sponsors who made Wednesday’s first ever Televisual Village fete such a great success.

It was exceptionally well attended and a joy to see so many industry characters. It will be remembered, by those who can, as the post industry event of the year.

The garden party with a twist included traditional attractions, like splat-the-rat and cork shooting, sandwiches and cake washed down with champagne, Pimms and wine.

The village came together in style with guests coming from across the business including Envy, Molinare, Sky, Twickenham Film Studios, X2X, BBC, Framestore, Take 1, Storm, Rascal, Directors Cut, Netflix, Discovery, Racoon, Run VT, Igloo, West Digital, Halo, Evolutions, Fifty Fifty, Clear Cut, Warner Bros De Lane Lea, Cinelab, The Look, Company 3, Goldcrest, Roundtable, Mission, Freefolk, Dirty Looks, Coffee and TV, Absolute, Doghouse, Igloo, Imaginary Pictures, The Nest, Virtual Post, Creative Outpost, Fulwell 73, Onsight, Timeline, IMG, Suite, Picture Shop, The Farm, Fitzrovia, Hireworks, Splice, Creativity Media, Aquarium, Raw Cut and many more with George from Films at 59 probably travelling the furthest to join us.

The Televisual Village Fete – see https://www.televisualcreative.com/village-fete – took place at the beautiful Montague Street Gardens, next to The British Museum, and was designed as a fun, energetic and memorable event to bring the post community back together after a tough year to network with each other and the industry’s key suppliers.

A huge thanks goes out to all the sponsors for making the event possible

Big Pic Media; Boxer; CVP; Dolby; Elements; Exacta Technologies; Global Distribution; HHB; Jigsaw24; Quantum; Rohde & Schwarz; Soundz Fishy; Sony

And a big thank you to all who bought raffle tickets with all raised funds going to local charity, The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields. The first prize winner was Zinc Media’s Olly Strous who won the exceptionally powerful £5,000 PL Media workstation custom-built by Exacta Technologies.
