Post house Molinare has further bolstered its audio team by hiring Sarah Lynch to head up its casting division.

Molinare recently announced the appointment of Glen Gathard as Creative Director of its audio division and has invested in its ADR offering in Soho.

Lynch joins Molinare from Pinewood, where she worked across postproduction management and then casting for 10 years. Her feature film credits at Pinewood include Aladdin, Rocketman, Angel Has Fallen and Tomb Raider. Alongside her feature experience, Lynch also led the video game casting offering at Pinewood, including Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Hitman 2, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Sea of Soltitude, Wolfenstein, Planet Coaster, Guitar Hero Live.

Lynch commented: “I’ve had the privilege to work on some fantastic titles , both in the UK and the US such as Hitman 2 and The Division 2 , to feature films such as Rocketman , Aladdin and Tomb Raider . I have worked with some amazing talent over the years and I look forward to working with the team and bringing the voice casting and dialogue world to Molinare”.

Lynch has previously worked with Molinare’s Head of Audio Facilities James Doyle and Managing Director Nigel Bennett at Pinewood. She will be reporting to Glen Gathard.

James Doyle said: “Sarah has substantial experience in sourcing and developing the best voice talent across film, television and video games. I’ve no doubt that with her on board, Molinare can become the hub of the voice casting and dialogue industry.”
