Work Editorial has made a series of promotions across its US and UK offices. In London, Ellie McNaughtan has been promoted to executive producer, taking the helm of Work’s London operation.

McNaughtan started at Work as an assistant editor. Joining in 2009, she assisted Work’s roster of senior editors in London, NY and LA. Ten years later her work was converging with production, rapidly rising to head of production.

Erica Thompson and Marlo Baird are now the managing directors of the NY and LA offices respectively.

Work was founded by Jane Dilworth in 2006, together with editors Bill Smedley, Neil Smith & Rich Orrick. Thompson was the first ep in the US, helping build Work Editorial from two rooms in NY into three offices worldwide. Baird was the first ep in LA, who  went on to head up the successful office.

Alejandra Alarcon is now ep in New York. Editor Anne Perri has relocated from London to the East Coast and editor Audrey Weiner has joined New Wave, Work’s breakout roster for emerging editing talent.

Los Angeles sees the addition of a new ep, Remy Foxx.

Also in London, Lola Cookman, Work’s newest APA graduate, has moved up to associate producer.
