Remote collaboration specialist, LucidLink, has awarded Jigsaw24 Media gold-level partnership status in its recently restructured Channel Partner Programme.

Jigsaw24 Media is now one of 20 worldwide LucidLink partners and the only gold-level partner in the UK media and entertainment industry.

Jigsaw24 Media and LucidLink’s partnership dates back to early 2020 when the systems integrator adopted LucidLink’s remote collaboration storage solution for professional post-production. LucidLink Filespaces has been named as one of IBC’s Best of Show winners in 2022, becoming the first cloud collaboration tool to adopt the TPN+ platform and receiving the NAB Show Product of the Year Award in both 2022 and 2023.

“The Jigsaw24 Media team has always believed that LucidLink Filespaces provides a unique solution for remote workflows,” said Jigsaw24 Media business director, Jason Cowan. “The pandemic may have provided the impetus for the industry to test the technology, but LucidLink’s continued success is down to the quality of the product. We’re proud to have earned our position as their top media and entertainment partner in the UK.”

Joel Davis, vice president of worldwide sales at LucidLink added “Jigsaw24 Media’s technical expertise and reputation in the UK’s post-production community has been invaluable in establishing LucidLink in the local industry. Our gold-level partnership reflects their success as our top-performing integrator in EMEA over the last year.”

LucidLink’s global Channel Partner Programme is designed to accelerate the adoption of LucidLink through service providers and technology partners like Jigsaw24 Media. Partners are categorized across silver and gold tiers and Jigsaw24 Media’s status as a gold partner reflects the company’s success integrating LucidLink products into post-production solutions for corporate, TV and film projects, including the BAFTA and Academy Award-winning animated short film “The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.”  Drawing on a pool of animators across 15 countries, and produced during the height of the pandemic, the film relied on almost-entirely remote production workflows – with Leostream and LucidLink technologies as the core applications. The production company, Nonemore Productions, relied on Jigsaw24 Media for solution advice and design as well as technical support throughout the project.

“Like many productions at the time, we were fighting deadlines and the improvements I made had to be quick and well-advised. Jigsaw24 Media were at the heart of almost every decision – from choosing the core technologies to helping with their upkeep,” said Benedict Wood who was the senior support specialist at Nonemore Productions at the time. “I personally hadn’t heard of LucidLink before, but it genuinely blew my socks off, it’s a seamless and simple solution that just works flawlessly.”
