Kudos has appointed Sarah Stack, Senior Script Executive at BBC Northern Ireland as its new Head of Development, and also promoted execs Emma Kingsman-Lloyd and Vicki Delow.

Reporting to Kudos CEO Diederick Santer, Sarah will focus on the origination and development of new projects, growing Kudos’s slate, and attracting creative talent to the scripted indie.

Stack’s role at BBC Northern Ireland included script editing and executive producing across a range of BBC Dramas including the upcoming Paula (BBC 2) and Jamaica Inn (BBC 1).  She has also initiated and run several new writing programmes and awards including the 360° Script Writing Festival in Belfast and The Tony Doyle Award for television writers

In addition, Emma Kingsman-Lloyd, the producer on all three series of Kudos’s Grantchester, has been promoted to an Executive Producer role on Channel 4/AMC’s  Humans alongside Executive Producers Derek Wax, Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley.

She will join the Kudos Executive Producer team and also develop and EP other Kudos projects.

Kingsman-Lloyd’s previous producer credits include Lip Service (BBC3), MI High (CBBC) and the pilot of Flowers (C4), all for Kudos, as well as ITV dramas DCI Banks and A Life of Crime.

Vicki Delow, Assistant Producer on Sky Atlantic and Kudos dramas The Tunnel: Sabotage and Tin Star has also been promoted to Producer on the recently announced Humans Season 3. She has been with Kudos for ten years as a Script Editor, Development Executive, and Development Producer, working on numerous projects including Lip Service (BBC3), Hunted (BBC 1) and From There to Here (BBC 1).
