Equipment supplier and systems integrator, Jigsaw24, has partnered with live broadcasting tech outfit, EVS to help UK broadcasters and content creators “modernise live production and ingest, playout, and transcode workflows through flexible, scalable and interoperable solutions.”
The partnership combines EVS’ technology with Jigsaw24’s expertise in workflow integration, support and deployment across hybrid and IP-based environments. Together, the companies aim to help broadcasters “deploy flexible workflows that fit into existing production ecosystems while supporting future IP and cloud-based expansion.”
At the core of partnership is EVS’ MOVE product range, comprising Move I/O and Move UP and part of its broader MediaCeption solution. MOVE unifies baseband and file-based ingest playout, and transcode capabilities within an all-in-a-box environment, allowing broadcasters to modernise workflows incrementally while integrating with existing infrastructure and asset management environments.
Through the partnership, Jigsaw24 is showcasing EVS solutions to UK broadcasters, supporting news, sports, entertainment, and wider media production workflow requirements.
“EVS is a trusted name in live production, known for both innovation and reliability,” said Lee Ballinger, Head of Media Sales at Jigsaw24. “As workflows become more interconnected, our customers need proven solutions that don’t sacrifice performance and flexibility. Working with EVS ensures our customers get both, backed by Jigsaw24’s localised support and integration.”
“Broadcasters today are looking for solutions that can evolve with their workflows without requiring complete infrastructure overhauls,” said Andreas Kotulek, VP Channel Partner, EMEA at EVS. “For us, it is important to work with partners that have the technical expertise, service capability and market reputation required to support increasingly complex customer environments. Jigsaw24’s experience in media workflows and customer support made them a natural fit for this partnership.”
