The merged EMG / Gravity Media has revealed its leadership team, which will report to the group’s Global CEO Shaun Gregory.
Warwick Lynch, former CFO of Gravity Media, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Stéphane Vermersch, formerly CFO of EMG Group, is Chief Transformation and M&A Officer. While Sean Seamer becomes Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer.
Peter Bates, Bart De Maeyer and Bruno Gallais will act as Regional CEO’s, leading EMG / Gravity Media teams in key territories.
Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer is Sean Seamer, who was President of Gravity Media in the USA.
The Chief Operations Officer position has not yet been filled and an executive search is currently underway.
The formation of three new regional business areas entails a dedicated CEO. For the UK, USA, Australia and Middle East, Peter Bates is appointed as interim Regional CEO (pictured). For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, Bart De Maeyer is appointed as regional CEO. For France and Italy Bruno Gallais is appointed as Regional CEO.
