Drama indie Eleventh Hour Films has restructured its senior management team.
 
Eleventh Hour Films founder Jill Green becomes Chief Executive, having previously held the role of Managing Director. In this newly created role, Green will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and creative direction of the business and implementing plans to increase its global footprint.

Previously Commercial Director, Nicole Finnan takes over the role of Managing Director, responsible for international relationships alongside managing the commercial and financial aspects of the company.
 
Paula Cuddy, formerly Head of Development, has been appointed Creative Director. Cuddy will lead the company’s ambition to expand its content and continue to develop Eleventh Hour Film’s relationships with writers and broadcasters.

Eve Gutierrez moves from Producer into the roles of Head of Talent and Executive Producer, where she will be working to match projects with global talent, as well as overseeing productions.
 
Eleventh Hour Films productions include Safe House, New Blood, Foyle’s War and Collision.
