Prime Video’s upcoming Bond-inspired adventure series 007: Road To A Million has announced the line-up of contestants. The nine duos are in with a chance of winning a life-changing £1,000,000.

Produced by 72 Films, EON Productions, and MGM Television, the producers behind the James Bond film franchise, 007: Road To A Million will launch exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories on 10 November.

From emergency nurses and retired police officers to a married couple on a journey of travel and adventure, the eighteen contestants are all “everyday, relatable people”, according to the producers. They must face Bond-inspired challenges from across the globe, with The Controller (Brian Cox) hiding ten questions around the world for each pair. To reach these questions, the teams face Bond-inspired challenges, which push their physical strength and mental reserves to the limit. Each question is worth an increasing amount of money, and if answered correctly, they bank the cash and continue to the next question. If they get it wrong, their journey is over.

The contestants are RAF nurse/medical worker Jen, and emergency care specialist Beth; brothers James, a copywriter/musician, and Joey an electrician, from London; married couple Kamara and Josh, who met as youth workers in their local community; oil-rig worker James and his son Sam; London-based sisters Sana, a process engineer, and Saiqa, a fraud analyst; two retired police officers, Keith and Nick; close friends Colin and Danny; radio presenters and ‘wee Scottish lassies’, Grace and Daniella; and lifelong friends Tanaka and James.
