BBC Scotland has greenlit a second series of The Agency: Unfiltered from Banijay UK’s IWC.
The reality show will once again follow Uddingston-based Aquarius Creative, Scotland’s largest influencer agency and its founders, Kirsten and Amy.
The first series of The Agency: Unfiltered offered a behind-the-scenes look at the lives of some of Scotland’s most popular social media stars, and “showcased the hard work and creativity that goes into building a successful influencer brand.”
“We’re thrilled to be bringing The Agency: Unfiltered back for a second series,” says Steve Allen, commissioning executive for BBC Scotland. “The first series was a huge success, and we’re excited to see what Kirsten, Amy, and their team have in store for us this time around. This show offers a unique and fascinating look into world of social media and influencer culture and we’re delighted it proved such a hit with audiences”
Executive Producer Laura Capaldi and IWC Creative Director Mark Downie said: “We’re so excited to get started on a new series of The Agency Unfiltered. In the last year, the business that Amy and Kirsten have built has grown enormously, but so have Amy and Kirsten’s personal challenges and this series will show them both in a new light. We will also be introducing viewers to some new influencers, as well as delving into the personal and professional struggles that the familiar faces are currently going through”.
The new series will be on BBC Scotland channel and BBC iPlayer in 2024.
