Factual producer/ publisher Barcroft Studios today announces the appointment of Mitch Strong as Head of Commercial. 

In the newly-created role, Strong is tasked with spearheading growth in commercial and branded content production and distribution. He will report to Alex Morris, Barcroft Studios’ Chief Creative Officer. Specifically he will be developing brand partnerships across the company’s portfolio of digital series that have established a loyal following around the world, particularly with Generation Z and millennial viewers.

Strong joins Barcroft Studios from his role as Head of Agency Sales and Trading Director at digital media group Jungle Creations, where he has spent 4 years since joining the company as Commercial Director. His role was focused on driving commercial growth and directing the company’s commercial teams.

Strong joins Barcroft Studios with immediate effect and follows other recent senior management appointments including former Nerd TV founder John Farrar joining the company as Creative Director and former Vice Studios VP Programming Al Brown joining as Executive Producer for the company’s 4Real output for Channel 4.
