All3Media has appointed Cassie Metcalf-Slovo as Head of Literary Acquisitions.
Reporting to All3Media’s COO, Sara Geater, Metcalf-Slovo will identify opportunities for All3Media’s scripted labels to acquire the adaptation rights to a range of content including books and podcasts, both in the UK and internationally.
Metcalf-Slovo joins from MTLS Literary Scouts where she was Head of Film and TV Scouting, sourcing and pitching titles to a growing stable of TV and film producers. During her eight year tenure she helped producers navigate optioning IP, recommending titles and advising on the publishing landscape, current trends, bestsellers and option pricing.
Prior to joining MTLS she spent three years at Working Title Films in the production department. She began her career at literary agency Aitken Alexander, firstly as an assistant and latterly as a junior agent.
