Absolute has strengthened its VFX and CG departments with the appointment of Flame Artist, Jasmine Cooper and Junior CG Artist, Heidi Prescott.

Cooper’s career began at Whitehouse Post, where her initial interest lay in offline editing. A string of rough comps ignited her fascination of VFX, and she subsequently mastered the Flame workflow through positions at Nice Biscuits, Optical Arts, and most recently, Bubble TV. Her portfolio spans collaborations with BMB, FRIEND and Outsider and she’s crafted work for brands including Nike, Specsavers and Sofology.

A keen advocate for more diversity within the industry, Jasmine says, “I’m proud to be a female in our ever-changing industry and I hope to see more and more women jumping into technical and creative roles. I feel lucky to be able to rock up to a job that isn’t your typical ‘office job’ and I’m excited to learn from the opportunities that come alongside working within a larger team.”

Escape Studios 3D VFX graduate, Prescott joins from being a runner position at Framestore.
