BBC3 has commissioned How’s your head, hun? fronted by Drag Race star Michelle Visage from World of Wonder.
The show features Visage and her family in lockdown in LA. Her family will act as both camera operatives and co-hosts and cameras have been rigged around her house.
Each week viewers will join Visage and family for a family progress report “high jinks” and updates on her new ‘lockdown projects’
Visage says: “I am SO excited to give everyone’s anxiety and worry a rest with How’s Your Head, Hun? When you see how quarantine life is with MY family and friends, we will all be laughing together! Get ready!”
Fiona Campbell, Controller of BBC Three, said: “Michelle is a big favourite of ours and her humour, heart and sharp putdowns are always welcome on BBC Three. We’re looking forward to peeking through the window to see her life in lockdown and we hope this series offers some light relief for everyone.”
Kate Phillips, Controller of BBC Entertainment, said: “Michelle and her family are raring to go as they give BBC Three viewers a very frank and unique insight into lockdown Visage style!”
Fenton Bailey, co-founder of World of Wonder, says: “Michelle is the best friend you want by your side to brighten your day during dark times. Having the opportunity to produce this show with her and her family is a bright spot for World of Wonder”
How’s Your Head, Hun? is a 8×30′ World Of Wonder production, executive produced by Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell and Nelson. It was commissioned by Fiona Campbell, Controller for BBC Three and Kate Phillips, Controller for BBC Entertainment. Ruby Kuraishe is the Commissioning Editor for the BBC.
