Workerbee is producing a new live event show for Netflix in which amateur darts players take on World champion Luke Littler with a chance to win half a million pounds.
In Beat Luke Littler, the UK’s best amateurs will have one night to take down the world’s No. 1 player, Luke “The Nuke” Littler, and win £501,000 live on Netflix.
The two-time defending Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) World Champion, Littler, said: “Everyone thinks they can beat me. Now they get a chance to prove it.”
Beat Luke Littler will air on October 30th. Open regional heats will be held across the UK to find the final 20 players who will earn a spot in the live broadcast.
Heats take place in September in London and Manchester.
Beat Luke Littler will be produced by Netflix and Workerbee (part of Banijay UK) in partnership with the PDC, the governing body behind professional darts.
