Warner Bros. has restructured its UK production activities.

The CEOs of its UK production companies – Wall to Wall, Twenty Twenty, Ricochet, Yalli and Renegade – will now report into London based Ronald Goes (pictured above), Executive Vice President, Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP).

The move follows news on Friday that Claire Hungate and Nick Emmerson, the mds of Warner Bros. Television Production UK, are leaving the superindie group.

WBITVP manages the 26 other Warner Bros. production companies around the world.

The new reporting structure was announced today by Jeffrey R. Schlesinger, President, Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution.

Warner Bros said new structure will result “in a more integrated strategic focus and an enhanced ability for the individual production companies to best serve their local audiences and create more local versions of their shows around the globe."

Schlesinger said: “This is an exciting time for Warner Bros. International Television Production. With this restructure, we can better empower the experienced and talented executives of our production companies here in the UK to do what they do best – develop and produce great programming and franchises.’’

“With better access to resources of the global production and distribution operations unit already based in London, this should result in greater strategic alignment, operational efficiencies and support for each of the production companies to build their business, grow their presence and achieve even more success in the UK production market.
