Vice Studios, the global division of Vice Media, producers of Gangs of London, has named Cat Lawson, EVP of Unscripted and promoted Claire Marshall to Head of International Scripted.

In addition, Paul Randle has been promoted to Managing Director, Vice Studios UK, and Global Head of Business Affairs. The four will report to Vice Studios President Amy Powell.

Based in the US, Adam Kassan has been named as EVP, Scripted Film and Television.

Based in the UK, Lawson will oversee the unscripted team across the global studio. She joins from Remarkable Entertainment, part of Banijay UK, where she served as Joint Managing Director and showrunner and co‑creator of Netflix’s Building the Band and Showrunner/Executive Producer across All Together Now, Ready Steady Cook, Sunday Brunch and two series of ITV’s Starstruck, as well as EP on the ITV reboot of Deal or no Deal. She previously served as Creative Director at Studio Lambert and Two Four. Her freelance credits include Love Island, The X Factor, Big Brother, I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, The Million Pound Drop and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

Also in the UK, Claire Marshall, promoted to Head of International Scripted, oversees the development and production of scripted projects across the studio’s international portfolio and is currently executive producing season four of Gangs of London. She previously ran the TV arm of Benedict Cumberbatch’s SunnyMarch, executive producing Patrick Melrose and developing projects for Disney, Channel 4, Sky, BBC, HBO and Amazon. She also served as Head of Development at Origin Pictures and has held roles at Film4 and Channel 4 Drama, including producing Coming Up and working on Skins for E4.

Joe Ingham has been promoted to Creative Director, Unscripted in the UK. He will continue to develop and produce formats and help shape the creative direction of all unscripted content. His recent credits include Ross Kemp: Lost Boys, Deadly Men (Hearst Networks), EastEnders: 40 Years on the Square (BBC One), Into the Void (Hulu), Maternity Broken Trust (ITV), and the upcoming Soccer’s American Dream (Vice TV). He previously held roles at Lightbox Productions, Fremantle, and Endemol Shine UK.

Dixie Linder continues out of the UK as President of Cuba Pictures, the label acquired by Vice from Curtis Brown in 2025, known for McMafia and recent RTE and BBC series The Walsh Sisters. Bianca Gavin continues as Head of Production, Scripted overseeing Gangs of London, currently in production on its fourth season.
