Streamland Media’s vfx division, Ghost VFX, has added VFX Supervisor Jesper Kjölsrud to the London team.

Kjölsrud has over 25 years of experience collaborating on high-profile films and television productions such as House of the Dragon, Robin Hood, Alice Through the Looking Glass, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

“As Ghost VFX grows globally, we are continuing to put talent at the forefront and build a truly first-class team. Jesper’s experience working with top-level filmmakers and his ability to lead teams of artists to fulfill the demands on any given project are invaluable,” says Ghost VFX President Patrick Davenport.

Kjölsrud will be based out of Ghost VFX’s London studio and available to service any project in the world through the company’s new unified pipeline.

Prior to joining Ghost VFX, Kjölsrud worked for MPC, DNEG, and most recently Outpost VFX.

“I’ve known many on the Ghost VFX team for over 20 years and I’ve always admired the strength of their work,” notes Kjölsrud. “I couldn’t be more excited to join the team as the company continues to expand. I look forward to working with clients and delivering on their vision.”

In addition to London, Ghost VFX has studios worldwide in Copenhagen, Los Angeles, Manchester, Toronto, Vancouver, and is opening a new facility for its Pune studio in May of this year. Recent credits include the upcoming film Fast X, The Book of Boba Fett, Troll and The Mandalorian.
