Visual effects studio BlueBolt has brought on board VFX Supervisor Ben White.

White joins BlueBolt from the Cinesite group where he was VFX Supervisor on projects including Marvel productions Black Widow, Loki and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Apple TV’s The Family Plan.

He has worked across large-scale productions including Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, Guardians of The Galaxy, Avatar, Man of Steel, Where The Wild Things Are and several Harry Potter movies. He was also CG Supervisor on The Dark Knight, overseeing the creation of the iconic Two Face character.

White’s career includes senior roles at Framestore and MPC, having begun at The Mill Film where he was part of the Oscar-winning team on Ridley Scott’s Gladiator.

Ben joins BlueBolt’s team of VFX Supervisors Henry Badgett (Napoleon, Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale); Richard Frazer (A Thousand Blows, The Last Kingdom); Tiago Faria (True Detective: Night Country, Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning); Giuliano Vigano (Outlander season 8, Avengers: Age of Ultron) and David Dunn (Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light, Amadeus).

BlueBolt has recently delivered projects including the upcoming Outlander Season 8 (Starz); Amadeus (Sky); in addition to Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale; The Thursday Murder Club, A Thousand Blows seasons one and two, Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning and Robert Eggers’ Nosferatu. The studio is currently in production on projects including Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights.
