Fulwell73,  the indie behind Bros: After The Screaming Stops, Sounds Like Friday Night, Sunderland ‘Til I Die, The Late Late Show and Carpool Karaoke, has hired Johnny Moore as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Based in London, Moore will report to Leo Pearlman, Fulwell73’s Managing Partner, and will be responsible for driving the company’s financial and operational performance and ongoing growth globally as the company continues to expand.

He joins Fulwell from his most recent role as COO at The Mill, where he was responsible for driving trading and operation performance as well as managing technology, operations and commercial teams across the business.

Before that Moore spent over 20 years at Sky, where as director of operations, he was instrumental in helping scale NOW TV into one of the UK’s fastest growing online streaming businesses. Previously at Sky, he helped drive various strands of expansion including Sky’s investment in original content, its partnership with HBO, and the launch of Sky Sports F1.

Moore is also a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee for the National Youth Theatre.

Fulwell73 partner Leo Pearlman said: “We met a number of candidates for this integral role, but knew very quickly on meeting Johnny that he was the right cultural and business fit for our company. As we continue to grow Fulwell we need someone with his business, financial and operational acumen to help us drive Fulwell forward, to continue our development, without losing any of our entrepreneurial spirit and drive. His wide range of experience working within the media space; production, studios and facilities businesses means he has exactly the right skillset to work with all facets of our company. We’re really pleased he’s decided to come on-board and look forward to him being a part of the Fulwell journey for many years to come.”

Johnny Moore commented: “I am incredibly excited to be joining one of the industry’s hottest independent production companies. Fulwell’s entrepreneurial spirit, creative mindset and hugely talented team drew me to this role. As their business continues to expand in the UK and the US, this is a truly exciting time to be joining Fulwell to help plan and drive for growth. My experience of scaling organisations in high-growth environments, combined with my passion for creative businesses, makes Fulwell the ideal fit for me. I cannot wait to get stuck in and help them build on their already enviable reputation.”
