Owen Hulme has joined Residence Pictures as Online Editor and partner. He joins from The Farm Group where he started his career.
Hulme has over 18 years experience working in scripted drama. In that time he’s developed close working relationships with leading directors including Shane Meadows, Hugo Blick, Marc Munden and Tom Shankland and built a credit list finishing major episodic series including Utopia and more recently The Serpent and I May Destroy You.
Owen Hulme said: “I’m really looking forward to joining such an exciting and progressive facility as Residence Pictures and bringing my experience in scripted to the exciting roster of projects already on our slate.”
Residence Pictures launched in the Spring with a focus on picture finishing in high-end episodics and features. Forming part of the Coffee & TV group, the service offering comprises end to end workflow planning and execution, colour grading, online, QC and delivery with invisible and specialist visual effects provided by Coffee & TV.
Hulme joins co founders Harriet Dale, Paul Harrison and Julian Nelson who were each headhunted by Managing Director Cara Kotschy.
