The Farm has made two promotions with Ed Smalley becoming Sales Director and Jamie Barton Head of Operations.
Smalley, who began his career at The Farm twelve years ago, will be focusing on strengthening client relationships and driving new business.

In his new role as Head of Operations, Jamie Barton will be responsible for overseeing daily workflows and coordinating operational departments across the business.
