Production company and production services provider, The ATS Team has promoted Danny Sanz to COO.

Previously MD and EVP Production, Sanz’ new role as COO will see him lead the continued international expansion of The ATS Team, with a focus on the US, Europe and Latin America production markets. Sanz will work between the company’s London, LA and Lisbon offices to continue developing its international formats, and build its team, with CEO Nate Moore at the helm.

Since the start of 2022, Sanz has led the line production of The Bridge alongside Workerbee and two seasons of SAS: Who Dares Wins, from Minnow Films, both in Vietnam. The ATS Team is now providing production services on France’s Ninja Warrior for TF1 in Cannes and Top Dog Germany S03 for RTL in Cologne. Sanz’s promotion follows the launch of new original content production arm, ATS Originals and full production services arm ATS Productions. This year, Sanz and the team will look to further develop the company’s slate of original content, as well as expand its Line Production business model.

The ATS Team provides production challenge development, set construction and art direction services across North America, Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia for shows including American Ninja Warrior (NBC), The Titan Games with Dwayne Johnson USA (NBC) and Ninja Warrior UK (ITV).

Danny Sanz, COO of The ATS Team says “I am constantly impressed with the talented and committed team that we have built over the years, so it’s a real honour to be made COO as we continue to build the business and take our unique services around the world. We’ve had the pleasure of leading some of the world’s flagship factual entertainment formats, and we’re now looking forward to building our presence in new markets, as well as developing our own content.”

Nate Moore, CEO of The ATS Team says “Danny has been a huge part of The ATS Team’s growth and success. Aside from his ability to lead and motivate a production team, Danny is passionate about driving our development. His dedication and faith in our amazing team is what’s going to help us grow our own slate and build our reputation in the global production industry.”
