The votes have been counted and the results for the nineteenth annual Televisual Bulldog Awards are now online.
72 Films was once again voted Best Indie by Televisual’s readers.
The BBC Natural History Unit’s Frozen Planet II was voted winner in three separate categories – Best Specialist Factual, Best Music and Best Cinematography.
Studio Lambert shows won in two categories – Best Factual Entertainment for Gogglebox and Best Entertainment for The Traitors.
In the drama awards, Merman’s Bad Sisters was voted Best Drama Serial or One-Off and Lookout Point’s Happy Valley S3 won the vote for Best Drama Series.
Avalon’s Taskmaster was voted Best Comedy with Erica Starling’s Lyra winning Best Single Documentary and Keo Films’ Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland voted Best Documentary Series.

The Televisual Bulldog Awards are voted for by the readers of Televisual Magazine and pick out the best UK-made programmes that first aired between July 1 2022 and June 30 2023.
A special magazine, The Inspiration Behind Great Television, will include interviews with all the winners and will publish with the upcoming Winter issue of Televisual magazine.
The winners of each category will be invited to collect their awards at the Televisual Bulldogs Winners’ Dinner next month at the Hotel Cafe Royal.
