Last night’s Kidscreen Awards were hosted in Miami, Florida. They awarded work in the global kids entertainment industry. The gong for best animated series was won by British based animation studio, Studio AKA and BBC Studios for their series Hey Duggee. The series also won a flurry of awards in the creative talent category, winning best voice talent, best design and best music.

 

The best new series award was presented to DreamWorks Animation’s Where’s Waldo, whilst best live-action series was awarded to Sesame Street, produced by Sesame Workshop.
