Rental outfit Shift 4 has opened its drama, commercial and feature space, Shift 4 Cine.
Shift 4 Cine is the brand-new, state-of-the-art cinematography facility that, until now, has only been available to camera crews in the USA & Europe. The “experienced team, top-of-the-range tools, and adaptable and stylish unit has been specifically crafted to help DPs, Directors & Producers create the visual grammar for their projects, network with professionals across all disciplines, and get as much specialist advice they need.”
Shift 4 says the new facility was created as “after years of collaborating with DPs and Focus Pullers, there was a clear need for a tailored service and specialised unit focussing on HETV, Dramas, Commercials and Features. Another reason for creating a state-of-the-art camera facility was to offer UK DPs & crews what their USA & European counterparts are used to.”
