RAW is combining its US and UK development teams to respond to the growing international market.

The expanded team will be led by two of RAW’s existing development leads: Oliver Calleja takes the role of SVP Global Unscripted Development with Ross Goodlass as VP Global Unscripted Development.

Calleja has been leading RAW’s development portfolio since 2017; prior to that he was Head of International Development at RDF. Goodlass has been at RAW since 2016 and was upped to Head of UK Development in 2018. Prior to that, he was Development Producer at Firecracker Films.

CEO Joely Fether said: “In Olly and Ross, we have two of the best development brains in the business who have separately been responsible for a huge slate of commissions on both sides of the Atlantic.

“As the boundaries of the market continue to shift, bringing our UK and US- facing teams together will add firepower to both, enabling us to continue to find, develop and deliver the best stories to our UK, US and global partners”

All3Media company RAW is the producer of the upcoming series Bad Sport, The Puppet Master: Hunting The Ultimate Conman and feature doc The Tinder Swindler for Netflix, The Lost Sons for CNN and Paddy and Christine McGuinness: Autism and Our Family for BBC One.

Yesterday, Netflix announced that it was hiring Raw US Creative Director Adam Hawkins to head up its Documentary Series team in the UK.
