Post production house Cherry Cherry has reshuffled its leadership with Executive Producer Ian Harland promoted to Managing Director and VFX supervisor Hugo Saunders taking up the mantle of Creative Director at the Fitzrovia based company.

CEO Gavin Hay said the move was “a refocus and recommitment to our working practises, allowing everyone at Cherry Cherry to benefit from the fresh energy Ian and Hugo will bring in their new positions.  By promoting within the organisation we retain the natural cohesion built up over the years and are dedicated to the support, training and development of our talented team members which themselves are behind the successes of the company.”

New MD Ian Harland said: “I am delighted that in my new position I will oversee our new growth. We are continuing to develop a unique, collaborative approach with super talented people to provide the very best range and highest standard of work, whilst maintaining a personal and consistent service within a relaxed “boutique” environment.  Keeping this ethos, our new structure means beyond our excellent reputation for VFX, CGI and VR/AR, we will now be able to offer an end to end post service, including concept art, editing and grading.”

Hugo Saunders said: “Taking on this new role starts an exciting new chapter in my career. I want our team to feel positive and to take pride in their work. I want to maintain the high standards our clients expect at Cherry Cherry; a place they can come for quality and creativity, and hopefully we can grab a few awards on the way.”
