Phantom Digital Effects LTD, the parent company of VFX studios PhantomFX, Spectre Post and Tippett Studio, has entered into an agreement in principle to acquire Milk and Lola Post.
Phantom Digital Effects operates studios across India along with China, Canada and LA.
Following the completion of the acquisition, expected to take place in the coming weeks, Milk and Lola Post will continue to operate under their respective names. Leadership remains unchanged, with Chris Burn as Group Managing Director. At Milk, Sara Bennett, Neil Roche, and Jean-Claude Deguara will continue to lead as Chief Creative Officer, Deputy Chief Creative Officer, and Production VFX Supervisor respectively, while Rob Harvey continues as Creative Director at Lola Post.
