Creative sound and vision studio, No.8 has acquired HETV and film vfx house, JAMVFX.

The move expands commercials specialist No.8’s capabilities, bringing JAMVFX’s expertise in visual effects for major productions to the No.8 brand.

The deal adds film and TV experience to No.8, and will also fuel  JAMVFX’s growth with access to No.8’s resources and infrastructure.

The combined operation will function under the No.8 banner. Operating from No.8’s Soho studios, the expanded No.8 “will now boast one of the industry’s most talented and seasoned leadership teams.”

JAMVFX’s founders will become part of the No.8 leadership team. The acquisition is “designed to streamline workflows, enhance creative collaboration, and deliver exceptional content, all under the strengthened No.8 brand.”
