Netflix has commissioned Bad Wolf for a six-part action thriller The Lords’ Day, adapted from the novel by Michael Dobbs (House of Cards) and starring Damson Idris (F1, Snowfall).

On the State Opening of Parliament, British spy Harry Jones (Damson Idris) finds himself inside the iconic building amidst a lockdown. The billing continues, “as the siege escalates, loyalties are tested and selfless sacrifices are made, leading to a desperate fight for survival where not everyone will emerge alive.”

Jane Tranter and Dan McCulloch are executive producers for Bad Wolf, with Damson Idris also executive producer. Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley (Spooks, Humans, Better) will serve as lead writers and executive producers. Ben Chanan (The Capture, The Missing) will serve as director and executive producer.

Bad Wolf’s The Other Bennet Sister was recently released on the BBC. Its pipeline also includes a fifth season of Industry for HBO/BBC.
