Post production house Molinare has appointed Helen Miles as re-recording mixer.

Previously sound engineer at the facility, in her new role she will join the award-winning team of re-recording mixers, working across the company’s Film, High-End TV and Games projects.

Miles started her career as a freelance sound mixer, editor and recordist, working on a series of independent films and shorts. In 2018 she joined Pinewood Studios as a Sound Mix-Technician, working on a plethora of hit feature films such as Johnny English Strikes Again, Bird Box, The Gentlemen and Rebecca.

James Doyle, Molinare’s head of Audio, comments on the appointment, “Helen is an incredible talent. From her creative and technical skills to her client acumen – she is an asset to the Molinare Audio Department. Having worked with Helen back in our Pinewood days, it has been an absolute joy to see her ambition be realised at Molinare, through stellar work as a Dialogue Editor and more recently as a Re-Recording Mixer. One of the best things about working here is how we celebrate and nurture the great talent that walks through our doors, and I’m proud to see Helen’s achievements be deservedly rewarded.”

Miles adds, “In my time so far at Molinare I’ve been lucky enough to work with some brilliant creatives on a fantastic range of projects. I’m very excited to embark on the next stage of my career here with the audio team whilst working on a diverse range of shows.”
