Loop Talent (UK) is adding industry veterans Nikki Molloy and Zoe Martin to its team, launching a new slate of line producers, production managers, 1st assistant directors, while adding to its list of intimacy coordinators.

Molloy and Martin join founder and managing director of Loop Talent, Lucy Price, to further curate its roster of heads of department and crew working in film, high-end television drama, commercials and music videos. The women join agents James Dawson and Daisy Stone (dops, production design, costume, editor, crew manager lists) supported by agent assistant Megan Cotton.

Price says, “This new business growth allows us to support our clients on sensational job pairings on productions. I’m thrilled to launch our new clients while continuing to build a roster of skilled, brilliant and ambitious filmmakers.”

Prior to Loop, Molloy and Martin worked in the film and television industry as successful freelancers, before joining forces with Price.

Molloy is a 20-year industry veteran, with extensive credits as an assistant director working on a broad range of high-end TV and feature productions (The Personal History of David Copperfield; Goodbye Christopher Robin; Apple TV+ Trying; and Amazon’s Jack Ryan). She brings her network of contacts, plus an in-depth understanding of the industry and production process.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Lucy’s Team at Loop and delighted to be sharing the role with Zoe Martin,” says Molloy. “I’ve watched the company grow and thrive since its inception and Lucy is such an inspirational woman to work with. I can’t wait to be part of Loop’s bright future.”

Martin, a BAFTA award-winning producer, joined Price earlier in the year as a part-time agent alongside Molloy after a long-serving career in the industry. In her previous roles at ITV Studios and Channel 4, she worked on a variety of shows from development through to production. She produced primetime programmes for the networks, working with some of the UK’s most loved presenters, A-listers and homegrown talent.

“I’ve always wanted to work within and be part of the TV and broadcasting industry and I feel lucky to be part of the creative and talented group at Loop. The sidestep from producer to agent feels organic, as the priority is always to work with genuine, ambitious and gifted creatives in our ever-evolving industry,“ says Martin.

The growing slate of talent repped by Loop Talent includes: line producers Alexandra Breede (I Came By, Deadshot); intimacy coordinators Abigail ‘Abi’ Kessel (Lady Chatterley’s Lover, Pretty Red Dress), Haley Muraleedharan and Rufai ‘Roo’ Ajala (Screen Star of Tomorrow 2022); 1st AD Sam Roffey (The Golden West); and production managers, Joanna Osborn (Landscapers, Avenue 5, Bridgerton, Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare) and Christian Rigg (The Gold, Litvinenko).

Line producer Alexandra Breede says, “It’s an honour to join this exciting new branch of Loop Talent. Having worked with Lucy’s clients for more than eight years it’s great to join this slate of incredible creative artists.”

The new talent stands alongside Loop Talent’s existing roster of directors of photography, production designer, costume, make-up, editor and military advisers. Notable clients include: DoP Jon Muschamp (Dreaming Whilst Black, The Trap); production designer Declan Price (A Bit of Light, Matriarch, Kindling); costume designer Cathy Prior (Derry Girls, Sexy Beast, Stay Close); Emmy award-winning hair and make-up designer Frances Hounsom (Magic Mike’s Last Dance, The Rising, The Tattooist of Auschwitz); and editor Galina Chakarova (Rain Dogs, Grime Kids).
