Co-founder and Director of Exploration and Discovery for Wild Child Animation, Ken Anderson, is to step down from the company.
Anderson leaves to head up TG Entertainment Limited, the brand rights and production company managing book and TV series, Tom Gates.
Wild Child credits include The Brilliant World of Tom Gates for TG Entertainment and Sky Kids; Hushabye Lullabye for Maramedia and CBeebies and Toad & Friends for Hoho Entertainment and Warner Media. The studio is currently in production on Piripenguins for Eaglet Films / BBC / Red Monk / RAI and Jaime’s Yoga Adventures for Cosmic Kids / Zodiak Kids / Sky Kids.
Ken Anderson said: “I am delighted to be leaving Wild Child in the hands of such an incredibly talented leadership, as well as an amazing team of animators, artists, technologists and creative producers, who have established Wild Child’s hugely well deserved reputation for excellence, over what has been an extraordinarily challenging period of time. I’d like to thank everyone who has worked with Wild Child since its founding: my fellow co-founders; the staff and freelancers and of course my fellow producers, broadcasters and financiers who have put their faith in Wild Child, to deliver their programmes to the highest standards of creative and technical excellence I have no doubt that I will be working with you all again very soon. In the meantime I wish you the very best for all of the projects that are ongoing and those that are still to come!”
