The indie behind Channel 4’s I Am dramas, Me+You Productions has appointed Isabella de Rosario as Development Executive.

De Rosario was a Development Executive at Channel 4 Drama, working across production, development and the new writing schemes including 4Screenwriting. Earlier in her career she also worked as Development Coordinator in the BBC’s Drama Commissioning team.

De Rosario joins Me+You from Slim Film + Television, where she served as a Development Executive and Script Editor for the company’s adaptation of Around the World in 80 Days, starring David Tennant, for BBC One and The Alliance.

Me+You Productions was founded by award winning producers Richard Yee and Krishnendu Majumdar.

Me+You’s critically acclaimed drama series I Am for Channel 4, written and directed by Dominic Savage and starring Samantha Morton, Gemma Chan and Vicky McClure, has won and been nominated for a host of awards including a BAFTA.

As well as delivering a second series of Dominic Savage’s I Am anthology for Channel 4 which stars Suranne Jones, Letitia Wright and Lesley Manville, Me+You are in development with a number of British broadcasters and US platforms. Their development slate includes series written by Vic Levin (Mad Men, The Larry Saunders Show); Stephen S. Thompson (Sitting in Limbo); Tony Grisoni (The Young Pope, Red Riding Trilogy); Asim Chaudhry (People Just Do Nothing); Bekka Bowling (Solos), Aki Omoshaybi (Real) and a feature film with Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard (20,000 Days on Earth).
