Granary Media Holdings, the owner of both The Farm and Grand Central Post, is to rebrand Grand Central as Farm Soho.

The Farm brand was brought back by Granary Media Holdings Ltd after its acquisition of Streamland Media’s post operations in London and Cardiff

Now its Grand Central operation will also take on the historic Farm brand, operating under the new name of Farm Soho.

The company says the change “marks the beginning of a fresh, collaborative era as Grand Central’s boutique services join forces with The Farm.”

Farm Soho now houses a theatre with Dolby Atmos Theatrical mixing capabilities, 4K/UHD HDR flame online rooms and review rooms, 5.1 and Dolby Home Entertainment suites with ADR and Crowd capabilities, 4K / UHD HDR Baselight Grade suites and a 4K DI Theatrical Theatre.

“After talking to a few clients, it seemed like the right move to combine two brands into one, taking out any element of confusion and allowing us to have a more unified image,” said David Barrett, joint CEO of The Farm. “This is all about bringing people together to create the best work possible.”

Charlotte Laing, Director of Scripted at Grand Central, said, “After the excitement of moving from Lexington Street to Great Marlborough Street, seeing our state-of-the-art suites being built, and following the history of a brand (like the Farm) which has had such a positive impact on the industry; we look forward to continuing to push effective workflows and cutting-edge technology, creating an environment our clients will love and cherish in years to come.”
