Glookast has chosen Jigsaw24 Media as the only UK channel partner to represent its portfolio of ingest and workflow optimisation products.

The agreement, signed at NAB Show 2024, will see Jigsaw24 Media introduce Glookast products to the UK market as well provide professional services and local support to customers.

Glookast’s portfolio of real-time and file-based products simplify the processes of ingesting, parking, retrieving, transforming, and outgesting content and provide “seamless integration” across multiple platforms.

The Media | Producer system is a file-based transcode and ingest platform aimed at post-production customers, Gloobox Capturer provides broadcasters with a solution for live feed ingest with growing files. The agreement with Jigsaw24 Media marks the first time that Glookast products will be available to UK customers through a local partner.

“Appointing a channel partner in the UK is part of a strategic shift in our go-to-market strategy, designed to expand our global customer base,” said Glookast CEO, Matt Silva. “To succeed in the UK, we need a partner that has customer success at its core and the expertise in media tech to map our products to the appropriate use cases for local customers. Jigsaw24 Media was the obvious choice.”
