Ashley Walters, James Nesbitt and Matt Jay-Willis have joined the cast for Netflix’s upcoming Harlan Coben adaptation, Missing You.

They join previous cast already announced that includes Rosalind Eleazar, Jessica Plummer, Richard Armitage,  Lenny Henry, Steve Pemberton, Samantha Spiro, Lisa Faulkner and Mary Malone.

Filming has now started around Manchester and the North West on the 5×60 series.

Missing You is produced by Quay Street Productions (part of ITV Studios). Harlan Coben will serve as executive producer through his company, Final Twist Productions. Nicola Shindler, Richard Fee and Victoria As are also execs.

Eleven years ago Detective Kat Donovan’s fiancé Josh – the love of her life – disappeared and she’s never heard from him since. Now, swiping profiles on a dating app, she suddenly sees his face and her world explodes all over again. Josh’s reappearance will force her to dive back into the mystery surrounding her father’s murder and uncover long-buried secrets from her past.
