Fulwell 73 has expanded its executive ranks in both its US and UK operations.

Ryann Lauckner has been named Chief Strategy & Operating Officer of the company, overseeing U.S. operations and company strategy, and driving business development and partnership opportunities including initiatives such as Fulwell’s minority stake in Jesse Collins Entertainment last year.

Based in Los Angeles, she reports in to the Fulwell partners, who include Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner and James Corden.  Lauckner was previously Chief Strategy Officer for the Asylum Entertainment Group.

Emma Conway has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Unscripted Programming.  She had previously been Head of Unscripted.  In her new role, she will oversee unscripted programming and development strategy across all Fulwell offices in Los Angeles and the UK.  Conway reports in to the Fulwell partners, and has executive produced some of the company’s highest profile programs in the last few years including “The Kardashians” (Hulu), “Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl” (Disney+), “Game On (CBS), “Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium,” (Disney+) and “Friends: The Reunion” (HBO Max).  Prior to Fulwell, she was at Kinetic Content and FMNA.

Murray James has been promoted to UK Creative Director for Unscripted.  The longtime member of the Fulwell team previously headed the company’s Factual Entertainment department, and as a creative developer and producer has been behind such shows as Netflix’s “Jonas Brothers Family Roast,” Channel 4’s “Stand Up to Cancer”, YouTube Originals’ “Hometown Showdown” as well as BBC series “Jack Whitehall’s Sporting Nation” and “Crouchy’s Year Late Euros.”  In his expanded role, he will oversee creative standards and brand management, and report in to Conway.  During his career, he has been a scriptwriter for more than 500 hours of television across the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, including writing comedy for the likes of The Muppets, Ricky Gervais, Jack Whitehall and Corden.  On the brands side, he was lead creative, writer and producer of large-scale campaigns for Samsung, Keurig and Jaguar, among others.

Paul Loban is the new Senior Vice President, U.S. Unscripted Development, overseeing unscripted development, while managing the Los Angeles-based team.  He, too, reports in to Conway.  Loban previously served as Head of Development for Grandma’s House Entertainment and prior to that as Co-Head of Development at Wilshire Studios/NBCUniversal.  He also worked at The Walt Disney Company and got his start as a creative executive for the USA Network.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ryann and Paul to the Fulwell team, and are confident of the mark they will leave on the company, our programs and partnerships,” said the Fulwell partners, in a joint statement.  “We are equally excited to promote Emma and Murray to important new roles within the company as we have had the honour of working alongside them on some of our biggest programmes throughout the years.”

“No one does event-level live and unscripted content like Fulwell 73, and I’m so thrilled to now be a part of it,” said Lauckner.  “I have such respect for the partners and the entire team, and look forward to growing the company’s footprint and building new partnerships.”

“I love working at Fulwell and I am excited for this new adventure at the company,” said Conway.
