Disney Plus has announced its latest subscriber numbers with 14.4 million paid subscribers joining in the last quarter.
The latest figures put its total subscriber number at 221 million, above Netflix’s 220.7million
Disney also announced the launch of its ad-supported subscription offering for Disney Plus in the U.S. With the launch, a new slate of subscription plans will be made available across Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and the Disney Bundle. The Disney Plus ad supported subscription will cost $7.99 per month.
