Digital Orchard Group has achieved B Corp certification, verified by B Lab, a non-profit organisation which seeks to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet.

Digital Orchard has been assessed to have achieved high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability in order to achieve B Corp status. Certification involved over 170 metrics across five core impact areas – workers, community, customers, environment and governance.

Commenting on the certification, Callum Just, founder and group director said: “I’m incredibly proud of the hard work that the Digital Orchard team have delivered in reshaping our business towards B Lab’s world leading standards. It is very rewarding to reflect through this certification the values and vision we have always upheld; to consider the impact of our business and to strive to do right by our people, our partners and our planet.”

Sam Margaritis, Digital Orchard managing director added: “B Corp certification is a world-leading standard to have achieved and we’re thrilled to be among a very small number of UK post production facilities to have met these criteria. We’re also aware the certification is only the first step in what will be a continuous journey of improvement and we relish the challenges ahead that this brings.”

Other production and post production companies in the UK to have achieved the certification include Coffee & TV, now Residence Pictures, Blue Zoo Productions and Be Inspired Films.
