Molinare has appointed Tom Woodall to the newly-created position of Head of Picture Facilities.
He starts his new job this month and joins from Coda Post Production where he was previously Head of Operations.
The new role of Head of Picture Facilities brings together all video teams and departments in a “collaborative and cohesive manner.” Woodall will be charged with “creating bespoke and robust workflows, overseeing that all projects run smoothly and accurately from the earliest stage of ingest and right through to delivery, and ensuring along the way our clients and vendors needs and requirements are met.”
Woodall will work closely with Darren Woolfson, Director of Technology and Visual Services, to bolster and expand Molinare’s in-house and remote picture services in the coming months.
“With facility-wide upgrades planned for 2021, strengthening teams to ensure our talent pool is as diverse as possible, and embracing new technologies, we plan to be at the forefront of innovative film making. Molinare is set to work on and deliver incredible projects throughout 2021 and beyond,” said Tom Woodall.
Darren Woolfson, Director of Technology & Visual services comments: “I am incredibly excited about Tom’s arrival at Molinare. We have created this new position in order to bring together our Online, Grading and VFX departments and I have enormous confidence that Tom’s experience and expertise will bring success to the role.”
