Cinelab London hires Joce Capper as Creative Director

Cinelab London has announced the full-time appointment of Joce Capper in the position of Creative Director/Strategic Business Development.

Capper has over 25 years of experience managing and growing Post Production and VFX companies most notably as Managing Director of Rushes over the past 20 years.

Since the closure of Rushes, Capper has spent the last 18 months management consulting for Supernova Heights. The role has seen her to work across multiple companies in the media industry including Cinelab London. Now, she will take up her role full-time.

Joce Capper said: ”I’ve learnt a huge amount about myself in the last year, how much I enjoy the creative industries, being involved in productions with creative staff is key to my happiness. I am self-motivated, but I need to be part of a friendly and talented team, be somewhere I can make a difference and believe wholeheartedly in what the company is offering.”

She will work with the Executive Management and Sales teams to continue to grow the profile of Cinelab London, its client base and its international reach. Part of her remit will also be to help educate the industry and the next generation of Filmmakers on the skills and craft needed when shooting on film.

Capper adds: “I’ve loved being involved with film again. Working with the team to see how we can develop Cinelab London‘s services further has been motivating, we all share a passion for great filmmaking, all have a strong vision and a sense of humour. It makes each day interesting and fun”.
