Blink has once again made it to the number one position in this year’s Televisual Commercials 30 survey.

It’s the fourth year in a row that Blink has made it into the number one spot. It follows a year of great creative work from the company including Dougal Wilson’s Channel 4 Paralympics ad We’re the Superhumans, his current John Lewis Christmas spot and The Layzell Brothers’ Shoplifters for Harvey Nichols.

In second position in this year’s 30 is Academy after a year of highlights including two Cannes Grand Prix and nine golds. In third is Rattling Stick with Somesuch in fourth place.

Somesuch, home to directors including Kim Gehrig and Daniel Wolfe took first position in this year’s Peer Poll in which the production companies vote for the rival outfit they most admire. Blink took second place in the poll and Academy, Biscuit Filmworks and Rattling Stick took equal third.

Dougal Wilson was voted best director and his We’re the Superhumans spot was voted best ad.
