Banijay UK label, Electric Robin, has appointed Vinny Basra as Head of Television and upped Head of Branded Entertainment, Chris Jones, to Creative Director.

Electric Robin has a history of working with brands and AFP partners, and has recently moved into longer form with shows including Niall Horan’s Homecoming: The Road to Mullingar with Lews Capaldi (Prime Video) and Game on Grandparents (CBBC), the company is expanding its senior team to push into long form original IP.

As Creative Director, Jones will lead creative ideas for broadcasters, streamers and brands.

In the newly created role of Head of Television, Basra will be responsible for furthering Electric Robin’s recent successes with original IP across non-branded. He will work closely with Head of Partnerships, Adam Kaczmarski, as well as have a focus on traditional commissions.
